LINE OA is the primary channel for Thai customers, and WelaOS also connects IG, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. Customers can book appointments, get AI answers, receive reminders, and chat with your business in whichever app they already use. Broadcast marketing campaigns are sent through LINE OA.
What makes WelaOS different from other booking or POS systems?
Most booking and POS systems focus on internal records. You use your business's own LINE Official Account, ensuring you retain full ownership of your customer communication. Our team guides you through setup, including connecting Messenger, IG, WhatsApp, and TikTok, and provides AI assisted tools to make importing existing customer data quick and easy.
Can I migrate from my current system?
Yes. We provide onboarding assistance and AI assisted import tools to help move customer records, packages, and other business data into WelaOS.
Is customer data safe and PDPA compliant?
Yes. Customer data is stored securely and separated by business. Records and documents are protected with role based access controls. WelaOS also keeps a full audit log for every customer record view and edit, plus login and access history for each user, helping your business support PDPA compliance. AI features are designed to operate without sending personally identifiable customer information to AI providers.
Can it handle bookings, packages, and loyalty points?
Yes. Customers can book appointments, view package balances, track loyalty points, receive reminders, and manage their relationship with your business directly through LINE OA, with booking also available on IG, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
Can it auto deduct stock and calculate cost per service?
Yes. Inventory can be deducted automatically when services are completed. WelaOS tracks stock levels, alerts you to low inventory, and helps calculate the true cost and profitability of each service.
